My guild is doing the same, having raided once a week since June and managed to snag a quite a few bear mounts but few for the "core group" of raiders who have been ridiculously unlucky on rolls. We've boosted our raids to twice a week, but I'm still crossing my fingers that I'll be lucky enough to get one as well.
